Shipping / Delivery Policy

Online Order Process

  • Select your favourite items & add them to your shopping cart. 
  • You will be asked for your delivery address, email address and contact number. If you have any special instructions or important information (For e.g. about access to your property), please let us know by filling in the special instructions box.
  • Select your preferred mode of payment – CC, DC or Cash on Delivery*.  If you are paying via Credit or Debit card, you will be directed to the payment gateway website to make your payment and you will receive an email receipt once payment is approved.
  • Once you have completed your order, we will confirm the information you have given us. At this stage, you will still be able to make any changes to your selected merchandise and details.
  • Delivery charges as applicable shall be accounted for prior to you making the payment.
  • After ensuring that your order is correct, click the 'submit' button.
  • You will automatically receive a confirmation.
  • Please take a print copy of the same for your record.
  • An email confirmation of your order will also be sent to you.
  • You will be informed once your order has been processed and dispatched.
  • Once in transit you can track your order on www.firstflight.net  or call on the toll free number 1800 225 5345 for knowing the status of your order . You will be required to keep your docket number and your order number handy for all order related queries and hence request you to keep the email invoice saved for such purposes.


*For orders within India, you may choose to pay by cheque, if prior approved by us. Please write the cheque payable to "Decorbiz India Pvt Ltd". We do not accept Post-dated cheques. A personal cheque may take up to 7 working days to clear before we can finalise the dispatch of your order. Please note that we will only process your order when your cheque has been successfully deposited into our bank. Write to us at support@thekidsdecor.com for any queries.

If you need to make changes to your order, you can e-mail us at support@thekidsdecor.com  or call us on 91-20-652 88 444/555 from Monday to Friday between 10am to 5pm. The Kids Decor reserves the right to not accept any changes made after 7 days. Changing an order may cause a delay in your delivery time and the price you have been quoted.

An indication of the current lead time for delivery is given on the product page. The information is updated. TheKidsDecor cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. We will inform you as soon as we are informed of any changes in the original time given when you placed your order.

We welcome all overseas buyers. If you are interested in our merchandise, please email us the items you are interested in and we would get back to you shortly. Please note that overseas customers will be responsible for all delivery charges and we will help to check and quote you the delivery cost.

All purchased items from TheKidsDecor.com shall remain as property of Decorbiz India Pvt Ltd or its associated companies until the payment is made in full.

 

 

Delivery Time:

 

All processed orders shall be delivered to you within 7-14 working days. Though we do not take guarantee on the period due to various unforeseen circumstances, we shall strive to deliver the product at the earliest, as and when it is ready with us.

Please note that if there is any delay for delivery of the product purchased or pre-paid by you, we shall inform you at the earliest regarding the reason for delay and in exceptional circumstances consider a full refund of the amount paid by you , as per the discretion of the Company .

If the product is unavailable for delivery, in exceptional situations, we shall immediately revert back to you and shall arrange for a full refund through our banking partners.

The orders once processed by us are subject to a full payment. In case of products ordered by Cash on Delivery facility please note that the settlement has to be done in full at your door step and our logistics partner First Flight Logistics will be responsible for the collection of the full amount thereof.

All delivery time for orders in bulk shall be based on the quantity ordered and the information regarding the same can be obtained from us by Email on :support@thekidsdecor.com
